I hate myself...
My Holidays... (Part III)
19th June 2006 (Mon) 20th June 2006 (Tue) 21st June 2006 (Wed) 22nd June 2006 (Thu) 23rd June 2006 (Fri) 24th June 2006 (Sat) SW, HP, KM, VJ & FJ Me, CH, Ben, KM & SW. YC is holding the camera... What was FJ trying to do? "Ambiguous" relationship? Ben & KM with the presents. 25th June 2006 (Sun)
Dad: Where is your wallet?
Me: In my room gua…
Dad: But how come it is with me now?
Me: Huh??? (trying to search for my wallet and feeling nervous)
What actually happened is that I have lost my wallet at the car park and there was an honest guy who picked it up and returned it to the address on my IC. A million thanks to him… Thank you so much! I guess I will be scolded like hell by my parents if I really lost it but luckily… he-he.
The day before sem5 begins... (25th June)
Seriously I really felt very (very) tired… I bet everyone from my batch will also feel the same way (especially ZY, ha-ha). Everyone agrees? I know we all will start to be extremely busy once sem 5 started… attending lectures, doing portfolios, PBLs, hospital placements, industrial attachments, PSDs, and etc… seriously I’m kinda fed up of these kinds of chores.
Well, I have both good news and bad news. The good news is that sem5 is going to be an easier one comparing to sem4 (according to Ms. Wong). And the bad news is that there will be no notes and we have to make up our own for ALL the modules (according to Dr. Kang). For your information, the news came from ZY- the “news” satellite…
Sigh… what I can say about that? I really hate the mindset they are having; I mean those who “designed” the course. The reason is soooo simple, if you are so damn good in studying, it does not mean that you will be so damn successful in the near future. Agree? Why can’t they just make it a little bit easier? Instead of making us feeling stressed and worried from day to day, month to month, year to year… I think this is one of the reasons explaining why I can hardly gain any weight. Frankly speaking, I never regret to choose pharmacy as my profession but I did feel regret for choosing the wrong university (only applicable to IMU’s BPharm).
Anyway, I will try my very best to pass sem5 or else I think I’m going to get killed by my family members, as they have put a lot of hopes and money on me. I do not want to disappoint them. Bless me then…

Nice songs to share.
I BELIEVE (Fantasia Barrino)
Have you ever reached a rainbow's end
And did you find your pot of gold
Ever catch a shooting star
And tell me how high did you soar
Ever felt like you were dreaming
Just to find that you're awake
And the magic that surrounds you
Can lift you up and guide you on your way
Chorus:
I can see it in the stars across the sky
Dreamt a hundred thousand dreams before
Now I finally realize
You see I've waited all my life for this moment to arrive
And finally yeah
When you look out in the distance
You see it never was that far
Ohhh No
Heaven knows your existance
And lead you to be everything you are
Ohhh
There's a time for every soul to fly
It's in the eyes of every child
It's the hope, the love that saves the world
And ohhh we should never let it go
[Chorus]
I believe in the impossible
If I reach deep within my heart
Overcome any obstacle
Won't let this dream fall apart
See I strive to be the very best
Shine my light for all to see
Cause anything is possible
When you believe yeah
[Chorus]
Ohh Yeah
Love keeps liftin me higher
Liftin me higher
Love keeps liftin me higher
I said love keeps liften
Love keeps liften me
I said Love keeps liften
Love keeps liften me higher
Said love keeps liften me higher
I said love keeps liften me high
GIVE MY LOVE (Edmund)
When I look in your eyes I can see that you
Want to be with me but you’re so scared
And I don’t know what to say or do
But the tears keep falling from your eyes
And I know that
Times won’t change my love
And I can’t do nothing to keep you
[Chorus]
Oh, I’ll give my love oh when I hold you tight
Give my love through kisses oh so bright
And you know that I can’t change my love
Take my love all through the night;
As the hours pass away
You think that love ain’t here to stay
Feel a beat from your chest
But you don’t give doubt a moment’s rest
You dream the future and all you see is dark
Now I'll give my love oh when I hold you tight
Give my love through kisses oh so bright
And you know that time won't change my love
Take my love all through the night...
[repeat previous stanza]
I'll give my love oh when I hold you tight
Give my love, through kisses oh so bright
And you know that I can't change my love
Take me love all through the night...

When men do not listen...
When he arrived in the attendants' ladies' room, he found four marked buttons, next to the paper rolls:
WW, WA, PP, and ATR.
Making the mistake so many men make of not listening to women, he disregarded what the flight attendant said, as his curiosity got the best of him. He carefully pressed the WW button, and immediately a gentle flush of Warm Water sprayed onto his bare bottom.
He thought, Wow, these gals really have it nice! So a little more boldly, he pressed the WA button, and body temperature Warm Air blew across his wet bottom and dried it comfortably.
Ahhh, he thought, No wonder these women take so long in the bathroom with these kinds of services!
So he pushed the next button, PP, with anticipation. A soft, disposable Powder Puff swung below him and dusted his bottom lightly with talc.
Man, this is great, he thought as he reached out for the ATR button.
When he awoke in the hospital, the morphine was just wearing off. Confused, he buzzed the nurse to find out what had happened. He explained that the last thing he remembered was intense pain in the plane's ladies' room.
The nurse explained, "Yes, you must have been having a great time until you pushed the Automatic Tampon Removal button."

A special song for a “SPECIAL” person…
This song is specially dedicated to AMM (nickname). Pls notice the lyrics…
DENYING
You think you're quick
But I'd like to see you keep up with me
You think you're slick
But I'd like to see you pull a trick on me
You think you're so cool
Hey big man you're old school
You think you're smart
But who the hell d'ya think you're talkin to
Everyone can see who you are
Take a look at yourself
Tell me why keep on denying
Everything you say (denying)
Everything you do
So be a fool to yourself forever more (trying)
Any kind of move (tell me)
So what's if gonna prove
You ain't fooling nobody
You ain't fooling nobody
But yourself
I know you're sweet
But I know you don't want to be seen that way
Admit defeat, win or lose
Who cares it's just a game you play
I know you need me
If you stay that way it's never gonna be
You've got your style
But I know what you really want from me
Everyone can see who you are
Take a look at yourself
Tell me why keep on denying
[Chorus]
Check yourself, but don't forget yourself
Coz you're denying,
(Ha ha - check - ha)
Check yourself, but don't forget yourself
(You're getting everything you are and even everything you need)
That's life - so just check yourself Everyone can see who you are
Take a look at yourself Tell me why you keel denying
[Chorus]
*clear throat* hopefully u will like this song. DARN!!!
Do you like ghost stories?
When I was young, I lived in a deserted kampong deep in the jungle. Every night, my mother would ask me not to go home too late as there wouldn't be any transportation after a certain time.
One night, before going home, I bought a “kueh teow” soup for supper. I was late and I waited for the taxi/bus but there was none. I was getting worried as the night was getting darker and darker. So I tried to flag down private vehicles to take me home.
There was no one stopping for me, till one motorcyclist took compassion on me and stopped to give me a lift. He was a man with a kind face. I accepted his offer and got onto his motorbike.
On the way home, we were passing by a temple. At night, the temple would look eerily spooky with the dim lights from the candles. At first, the motorcyclist was warm and friendly. When we approached the temple, the motorcyclist's eyes grew bigger and bigger. His kind face turned into a face of anger. He was muttering something loud but was not audible to me. I was so scared that I closed my eyes in order not to see his angry face.
Then, the motorcylist stopped in front of the temple and then yelled at me. "Your kueh teow soup is so hot!! It is burning my thigh! Can you please move it away???"
