Happy Birthday Dad!

Today is my dad's birthday in Chinese Calendar. So we brought him to this strongly-recommended-by-Ho-Chak restaurant for dinner! The specialty here is handmade noodles...

Wonder why they called it "Cat Noodle"? These handmade noodles are actually originated from Kuching... Does it make a clearer picture? Kuching = kucing (in Malay, cat) = cat!
